The Nobbies and Seal Rocks in the background, Phillip Island, Victoria

Phillip Island is famous for the Penguin Parade - which occurs near to the Nobbies. The Parade sees lots of "Little Penguins" run up the beach at dusk after they've been catching fish - sometimes for more than a day at a time. It was a great spectacle though no cameras were allowed. The final count was 289 penguins waddling up the beach to their burrows. Posted by Picasa
