When Fowler and Burdett finally relaxed in a cosy restaurant in Kathmandu - they realised that they had been travelling almost non-stop for 37 hours and had eaten a few rich tea biscuits and a packet of crisps in over 2 days. Tired and hungry was a slight understatement.
