Bit of a topsy turvy week. A cautionary rest day on Monday after the long Sunday run (but did a lot of walking to and from work). Swimming on Tuesday with ELT at Waltham Forest College - really enjoying this now. Wednesday lunchtime in the gym was 15 minutes on the bike then a fairly brisk 10km on the treadmill in 42 minutes. Today has been an
easy 10km round Vicky Park . Need to fit in at least another 25 miles this week to keep up with the schedule!
