Phet the tiger (whose mother was poached and the locals brought up the cub), near Tat Kuang Si Waterfall. This tiger was in good nick and had a nice enclosure to wander round so don't be too disturbed by the bars. The tiger keeper was very relaxed and even let the eager tourists actually stroke the tiger. The tiger fur was very soft and Phet didnt seem to mind too much as the enormous hunk of meat she was tearing apart was more interesting.
