FIRSTLY A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Fowler would like to apologise for his poor effort on the blog recently- unfortuntely hes been struck down with a virus for the last 2 weeks - which hasn't quite stopped the travelling - but it sure as hell has put him off sitting in front of a computer for hours on end. END OF ANNOUNCEMENTAnother day, another 10 hour bus ride. The bus to Bangalore from Mysore was very cheap and efficient - and amazingly unlike most express buses didn't stop every few miles to pick up all and sundry. After a few problems with finding digs the pair got into the Citizen Lodge in Bangalore. Initial impressions of Bangalore was unfortunately the incredible pollution and aggressive rickshaw drivers! Still , the pair managed to get around a bit and sample the local hospitality - and the most expensive meal they'd encountered thus far.
